ByrneWallace lawyers advise on €7m investment into Multihog

A team of ByrneWallace lawyers advised Dundalk-based Multihog Limited on its €7 million investment funding round.

Lawyers drawn from the firm’s corporate, banking and property groups were involved in the transaction, including head of corporate Feargal Brennan and partner Lisa Cawley.

Associate Richard Doyle and solicitor Laura Bryan also advised on the transaction.

Established by Jim McAdam in 2008, Multihog designs and manufactures a range of multi-purpose tractors used for a variety of tasks including, snow ploughing, weed control, street cleaning, grass mowing and patch planning.

The investment, led by the BDO Development Capital Fund, included funding from Davy EIIS Fund, Enterprise Ireland along with other investors, while Grant Thornton provided Multihog with corporate finance advice. Multihog now plans to expand internationally into Europe and North America and develop a new range of products.
