Cleaver Fulton Rankin backing landmark menopause at work conference
Northern Ireland firm Cleaver Fulton Rankin has partnered with a global menopause training agency to deliver a landmark conference on menopause-inclusive workplaces.
The Menopause Matters at Work Conference is taking place at The MAC, Belfast on 6 September 2024 and will bring together 100 Northern Ireland employers and professionals.
Florence Smith, associate director in Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s Employment department, said: “We are delighted to be involved in NI’s first Menopause Matters at Work event, in partnership with Over the Bloody Moon.
“Managing menopause effectively in the workplace is an increasing concern for employers but many are unsure of their legal obligations and what steps they should take to protect employees experiencing menopause and minimise the risk of exposure to claims.
“Our aim for this conference is to provide further clarity and guidance on the key legal issues and practical solutions that can be adopted by organisations in order to become more progressive, inclusive, and safer workplaces for the benefit of all their employees.”
