NI: Cleaver Fulton Rankin director Aaron Moore recognised at CIArb Awards
Aaron Moore, director at Belfast-based Cleaver Fulton Rankin Solicitors, has been recognised as Student of the Year 2018 at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’s (CIArb) annual awards.
Mr Moore, a RICS Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry student, also received the CIArb President’s Award for decision writing.
He was nominated by the RICS Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) due to his outstanding achievements during the course, which he completed in April 2018. A panel of esteemed judges decided the winner of the CIArb Student of the Year 2018 Award based on written submissions from recognised providers of CIArb fellowship courses.
Mr Moore has over ten years’ experience in respect of disputes in the construction industry, and chose to study the RICS Diploma in Adjudication to gain an industry-specific qualification.
He said: “The course focused my attention on case law specific to adjudication and the construction industry. It has furthered my professional qualifications and helped me to garner trust and respect from leading clients in the construction industry.”
