NI: Cleaver Fulton Rankin directors obtain adjudication qualification

Two directors at Cleaver Fulton Rankin Solicitors have been awarded a market-leading diploma in adjudication after training with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Directors Patrick Fleming, head of dispute resolution and construction, and Aaron Moore have obtained the Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry.
They can now act as adjudicators in any future disputes, extending the Belfast-based firm’s offering.
Mr Moore is already an accredited mediator and can therefore provide a full suite of dispute resolution advises.
The firm said: “The team recognises that a number of clients want to avoid the cost of court, and with the above accreditations, Cleaver Fulton Rankin can assist them in this process.”
