NI: CMS and DWF advising on administration of Harland & Wolff shipyard
International law firms CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang and DWF are advising on the administration of the Harland & Wolff shipyard in Belfast.
Business advisers BDO were appointed as administrators to the iconic Belfast shipyard last week and are now in talks with potential buyers, the Belfast Telegraph reports.
A team led by CMS partner Glen Flannery is acting for Harland & Wolff and BDO, The Lawyer reports.
Mr Flannery, a restructuring partner, is assisted by corporate partner Peter Williamson and associates Christos Christoferou and Ryan Whittaker, while Belfast-based commercial law firm Tughans is advising on matters of Northern Ireland law.
DWF partner Amanda Bannister and director Will Beck is advising the pension scheme, Harland & Wolff Pension Trustee Limited.
