Comyn Kelleher Tobin appoints litigation and healthcare solicitor Cliona Kenny
Comyn Kelleher Tobin (CKT) has announced the appointment of Cliona Kenny as a solicitor in the firm’s litigation and healthcare departments.
Ms Kenny has almost 20 years’ experience working in all areas of litigation, with particular expertise in clinical litigation and medical negligence.
She joins the firm from the State Claims Agency (SCA), where she managed a mixed portfolio of medical negligence and inquest files on behalf of several public hospitals and the clinical staff covered under the clinical indemnity scheme.
Prior to this, Ms Kenny worked on a on a variety of general litigation cases including breach of contract, road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, professional negligence actions (plaintiff and defence), regulatory matters and employment law.
She is a graduate of University of Limerick (UL), a member of the Southern Law Association, a volunteer with legal rights group FLAC and a CEDR-accredited mediator.
