Comyn Kelleher Tobin appoints new healthcare partner

Comyn Kelleher Tobin (CKT) has announced the appointment of Yvonne Joyce as a partner in the healthcare department.

Ms Joyce provides advice on all aspects of healthcare law including the duty of confidentiality, consent and data protection.

Prior to joining CKT, she worked with a healthcare defence firm in Dublin.

Ms Joyce is a Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) accredited mediator and has extensive experience of dispute resolution in the healthcare field.
