Comyn Kelleher Tobin appoints three new partners
Cork-based Comyn Kelleher Tobin has appointed Cian Duane, Michelle Cronin and Clíona Kenny as partners in the firm.
Mr Duane joins the firm as a partner in the commercial department, bringing significant experience leading commercial real estate transactions.
He advises a wide range of public sector and private sector clients in the areas of commercial property, regulatory compliance, procurement and corporate governance. His clients include a wide range of public sector and private sector clients including developers, investors, multinational companies and financial institutions.
Ms Cronin has been promoted to partner within the healthcare and childcare department, being a leader in the area of child protection and child welfare.
She has in-depth expertise of legislative developments in child protection and welfare, juvenile justice, protective measures for vulnerable witnesses, mental health and regulatory law.
Ms Kenny, who has 15 years’ experience in the resolution of healthcare and disability related disputes, has been promoted to partner in the rapidly growing healthcare team.
She has been involved with a number of landmark High Court and Supreme Court cases. A CEDR-accredited mediator, she also practices in employment law, primarily in the healthcare sector.
