Davina Saint joins board of NAMA
Corporate banking lawyer Davina Saint has been appointed to the board of NAMA.
Ms Saint is a senior level banking executive and qualified solicitor, experienced in the structuring and execution of complex corporate finance transactions.
She has extensive legal experience with 19 years as head of legal and general counsel for a large European bank’s operations in Ireland.
She is also a chartered director and has built corporate governance and risk management experience across multiple boards and executive committees.
Her appointment, alongside that of architect and town planner Charlotte Sheridan, was announced by Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe shortly before the new year.
Mr Donohoe said: “I am delighted to announce the appointment of Charlotte Sheridan and Davina Saint to the board of NAMA. These appointments will bring a breadth of additional skills and experience to NAMA as it concentrates on emerging from the Covid-19 pandemic and looks forward to completing its important work over the coming years.”
