DCU to host virtual National Moot Court Competition 2020

Dublin City University will host an entirely virtual National Moot Court Competition for the first time next month.
The competition, sponsored by A&L Goodbody, will take place on Saturday 21 November 2020.
There is no entrance fee this year and each institution can enter a maximum of five teams compromised of three students.
This year’s problem revolves around the tort of medical negligence. Students are required to prepare written submissions for the plaintiff/appellant and written submissions for the defendant/respondent before delivering oral arguments on 21 November.
