Deirdre O’Grady appointed to Beaumont Hospital board

Deirdre O'Grady
Solicitor Deirdre O’Grady has been appointed to the board of Beaumont Hospital in Dublin for a 10-month term.
Ms O’Grady has over 20 years’ experience in legal, tax, governance, compliance and risk management.
She is a qualified solicitor and tax consultant, and has had a number of diverse roles spanning private practice, public sector, and the life science industry, along with various board memberships.
She is currently the group head of legal and tax and general counsel at Galway-based medtech company Aerogen.
Health minister Stephen Donnelly appointed Ms O’Grady to the board from 17 August 2023 until 28 June 2024.
Beaumont Hospital is a large academic teaching hospital five kilometres north of Dublin city centre which provides emergency and acute care services across 54 medical specialties to a local community of some 290,000 people.
