Dillon Eustace appoints Conor Kiernan as banking partner

Dillon Eustace has announced the appointment of Conor Kiernan as a partner in its banking and capital markets team.
Mr Kiernan, previously a senior associate, joined Dillon Eustace in 2018, having spent nine years with another prominent Irish law firm.
His principal practice areas are structured finance, debt capital markets, general banking and restructurings. His other areas of expertise include loan portfolio acquisitions, disposals and financings, high-yield bond issues and the establishment of asset acquisition and loan origination platforms.
In recent years, Mr Kiernan has acted for a number of the world’s largest financial institutions, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity funds and distressed funds as well as a range of both domestic and international corporate clients.
