DLA Piper appoints Kathi Ó Riain as real estate partner
Global law firm DLA Piper has appointed Kathi Ó Riain as a partner in the firm’s real estate practice.
Ms Ó Riain will join the firm on 1 May 2024 from Addleshaw Goddard Ireland, where she was a partner and head of property and construction.
She has more than 20 years’ experience advising a wide range of international and domestic clients on all types of real estate sector projects and transactions across all major real asset classes, including logistics, PRS, retail, offices, hotels and leisure, student accommodation, healthcare, infrastructure, and energy. She also has expertise in commercial leasing.
Ms Ó Riain will join DLA Piper’s team of 115, including 18 partners and 17 legal directors in Ireland.
