Donnchadh McCarthy
Irish lawyer Donnchadh McCarthy has been promoted to of counsel at Maples and Calder (Luxembourg) SARL, the Maples Group’s law firm in Luxembourg.
Mr McCarthy joined the firm upon relocating from Dublin to Luxembourg in 2020, working in its funds and investment management practice.
He advises clients on the structuring and setting up of both regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, with a particular focus on UCITS and AIFs.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr McCarthy worked in the investment funds group at a leading Irish law firm and also with the Irish Stock Exchange.
