NI: Dr Ciara Fitzpatrick joins Transitional Justice Institute as law lecturer
Dr Ciara Fitzpatrick has joined the Transitional Justice Institute (TJI) at Ulster University as a lecturer in law.
Having worked extensively on access to justice and social security law, she brings additional capacity to the institute’s work on gender and on socioeconomic rights.
Dr Fitzpatrick told Irish Legal News: “I am really thrilled to be joining Ulster University Law School and the Transitional Justice Institute. The university has an excellent international reputation in research and teaching.
“I am looking forward to progressing my research in social security law, socio-economic rights and gender and access to justice. I completed my PhD with Ulster University and it’s a dream come true to have joined the staff team.”
