Dublin firm Flynn O’Driscoll appoints Louise Harrison as employment partner

Flynn O’Driscoll (FOD) has announced the appointment of Louise Harrison as a partner in the firm’s employment team.
Ms Harrison joins from William Fry, where she trained and qualified in 2009 and was promoted to partner in 2018.
She advises on all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment to dismissal and best practice day-to-day compliance with employment regulation, and has particular expertise in the employment legal aspects of corporate transactions and transfer of undertakings law (TUPE).
Ms Harrison is very experienced in advising on employment legal issues arising in the regulated financial services sector and in advising multinationals looking to establish in Ireland.
