Dublin solicitors and barristers to face-off in annual cricket match

The Dublin Solicitors’ Bar Association (DSBA) and the Bar Council of Ireland will go head-to-head in their annual cricket match this Friday.
The competition — now in its fourth year — will take place at Leinster Cricket Club in Rathmines this Friday 23 June at 6pm.
The teams will play for the John F Buckley Trophy, named after the late John F Buckley, a former DSBA president, partner at Beauchamps and the first solicitor to be appointed as a Circuit Court judge.
The barristers are the current holders of the John F Buckley Trophy and the solicitors are keen to win the trophy back.
All players, spectators, friends and family are welcome to attend and enjoy a complimentary curry buffet and purchase some drinks from the clubhouse.
