The editors — Conor Casey, Oran Doyle, Hilary Hogan and Suryapratim Roy — welcome articles that adopt a wide range of methodological approaches, including doctrinal, theoretical, comparative and empirical.

Submissions will be considered on a rolling basis until 31 January 2024 for the May issue and 30 June 2024 for the November issue.

A decision on whether to send a submission to peer review will be made within two weeks of receipt, and the editors endeavour to complete the entire review process within eight weeks from the date of submission.
