Edel Coughlan joins legal team at Asset Management Exchange

Solicitor Edel Coughlan has joined the legal team at the Asset Management Exchange (AMX), an institutional platform for investors and asset managers.
Established by Willis Towers Watson in 2017, AMX negotiates with managers, transitions assets, provides reporting and adds an extra layer of oversight. The platform is open to all investors and managers across the investment industry.
Ms Coughlan, a senior investment funds lawyer who is dual-qualified to practise as a solicitor in Ireland and in England and Wales, joins from Penhurst Legal Consultants Limited and will be based in AMX’s Cork office.
Her primary focus will be advising on the establishment, maintenance and governance of investment funds under the AIFMD and UCITS regimes.
