The Irish Commercial Mediation Association (ICMA) held their regional seminar entitled ‘Effective Mediation – A Practical Perspective’ yesterday in the Clayton Hotel, Cork.
Attendees heard practical insights from Mary Lou O’Kennedy, Mediator and Conflict Management Specialist, OAK Dynamics Ltd, Susan Moriarty, Head of Mass Action, State Claims Agency and Eamon Harrington, accredited Mediator and Partner in CKT.
