Emma Richmond appointed to European leadership of Meritas

Whitney Moore managing partner Emma Richmond has been appointed as chair of the European leadership group at Meritas, a global alliance of independent law firms.
Ms Richmond succeeds London lawyer Jonathan Polin of Howard Kennedy LLP in the role.
Speaking about her appointment, Ms Richmond said: “It is a privilege to take on this role and to continue fostering strong relationships among Meritas member firms across Europe.
“I look forward to building on the great work done by my predecessors and collaborating with the group to deliver on key initiatives for our region.”
Founded in 1990, Meritas has member firms in 245 markets worldwide comprising nearly 9,000 lawyers.
