Damian McElholm

Mr Elholm has experience acting for a variety of key stakeholders in large value and complex banking and finance transactions to include major financial institutions, private equity funds and sophisticated corporate borrowers.

He has garnered a sound understanding of secured lending transaction work across a variety of real estate, acquisition finance and project finance matters. This has encompassed facilities advanced using loan market association documentation as well as local bank standard form documentation.

Mr Elholm is also experienced in advising insolvency practitioners and secured creditors in respect of the outworkings of a wide variety of restructuring and enforcement related matters.
