Lorcan Keenan and Enda Cullivan have joined the Dublin office, while Lisa Bryson has been promoted to partner in Belfast.

Mr Keenan specialises in advising corporate and trustee clients on all aspects of pension scheme needs, from scheme restructurings and funding arrangements to pensions disputes.

Mr Cullivan, in the corporate team, has acted for a number of multinational companies advising on corporate issues from investments, and acquisitions and disposals, to corporate governance.

Ms Bryson has led the firm’s employment and immigration practice in Belfast since 2017. She specialises in contentious and non-contentious employment advice for both public and private sector clients, as well as advising businesses on immigration and global mobility matters.
