Mr MacAodha, who has become partner in the firm’s litigation practice, has a particular focus on regulatory compliance and white collar crime, as well as extensive experience in public administrative law, particularly in statutory interpretation, High Court appeals and judicial review.

He is a member of the firm’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) committee and its pro bono practice lead. He also has a particular interest in delivering IT solutions for clients.

Ms Galbraith, whose article on the coronavirus was featured in Irish Legal News earlier this week, has become partner in the firm’s employment team, advising clients on all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment to termination.

She works with public and private sector clients on contentious and non-contentious employment issues and advises HR, legal and business teams on various day-to-day and strategic issues such as disciplinary, grievance, performance management, equality, data protection, TUPE and employee leave matters.

Ms Galbraith is also secretary and board member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland and regularly speaks to the media about employment topics.

Mr O’Neill, who has become partner in the firm’s commercial team, practises in all aspects of commercial and corporate law including M&A transactions, venture capital transactions, distribution agreements and outsourcing agreements.

He has experience acting for Irish and international clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity, corporate investments, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, and reorganisations (both Irish and cross-border). He also advises companies and directors on corporate governance issues, the application of the Companies Act and the duties and obligations of directors.
