The firm has elevated Laura Treacy, Niall Best, Richard Gill, Doug McMahon and Rosaleen Byrne to partner, while Louise Delahunty, Catherine Austin and Barbara Linehan have been appointed as consultants.

Ms Treacy, partner in competition, regulated markets, EU and trade law, is the firm’s first partner in Brussels, while corporate partner Mr Best and aviation and asset finance partner Mr Gill are the firm’s first partners in New York.

Mr McMahon and Ms Byrne have been appointed in Dublin in the technology & innovation and litigation teams respectively.

Ms Delahunty, joining from a major US law firm, has been appointed as a consultant in the London-based investigations team, while Ms Austin, a past chair of the Association of Pensions Lawyers in Ireland, will be a pensions and incentives consultant in Dublin and Ms Linehan will be a procurement consultant in Brussels.

The total number of partners at the all-equity partnership is now 78.
