Diann Cannon

Diann Cannon has been appointed as partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial team, while Deirdre Walsh and Cian Mannion have been promoted to associates in the same department.

Ms Cannon, who joined the firm as a trainee in 2012, advises Irish and International clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters including mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring; private equity and venture capital investments; commercial contracts and corporate governance and compliance.
