Flynn O’Driscoll tops Irish M&A table for H1 2024
Flynn O’Driscoll was the most prolific M&A adviser in the Irish market in the first half of 2024, a new report reveals.
According to the latest Experian M&A report, there were 339 deals worth €19.7 billion in the first half of 2024, including the biggest ever private equity investment at €10 billion.
While the number of transactions dipped by six per cent, Experian said it anticipates the figure “tipping over into growth territory on revision later this year”.
Flynn O’Driscoll rose to top place in the H1 rankings after advising on 24 transactions, ahead of Eversheds Sutherland on 23 and McCann FitzGerald and Philip Lee on 20 each.
Matheson advised on 19 transactions, Regan Wall on 18, A&L Goodbody on 16, Beauchamps on 14, and both Arthur Cox and Pinsent Masons on 13.
