Former Cleaver Fulton Rankin partner awarded OBE
Former Cleaver Fulton Rankin partner Joy Scott has been recognised in the King’s birthday honours list.
Ms Scott, who chaired Clanmil Housing Group from 2018 until 2021, was named Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for services to social housing.
Clanmil provided, at that point, almost 5,000 high quality social and affordable homes throughout Northern Ireland for families and older people — a figure now closer to 6,000.
Prior to her appointment as chair, Ms Scott served as a member of the Clanmil board from 2012 and as its vice-chair since 2014.
She previously worked for 30 years as a solicitor in the fields of property, not-for-profit organisations and banking.
