Fraudsters posing as callers from family court office

The Courts Service has issued a warning about fraudulent phone calls appearing to come from a number associated with the Dublin Circuit Court family law office.
Members of the public have been urged not to engage with suspicious calls appearing to come from the number 01-8886806, a legitimate court phone number.
A spokesperson for the Courts Service said: “If members of the public receive such a call, please do not engage with the caller and do not share any part of your PPS Number, bank account details or any other personal information with the caller.”
