With expertise in strategic trade mark portfolio management, particularly within the entertainment and healthcare sectors, Mr Ferguson’s role will continue to be client-focused, with additional responsibility for growth and business development.

He takes over the leadership role from Maura O’Connell, who remains a partner with specialisms in patents, biotech, chemistry and chemical engineering and pharmaceuticals.
