Fiona Gallagher of Rochford Gallagher LLP, president of the association, told Irish Legal News: “We were delighted to welcome our colleagues from Sligo and nationwide to this event which is the first of its kind in Sligo.
“The outstanding turnout is a testament to the impressive calibre of guest speakers and the hard work of our organising committee of Caroline McLaughlin, Callan Tansey Solicitors LLP;, John Anderson, Mc Govern Walsh Solicitors LLP; and Noel Kelly, Noel Kelly Solicitors.”
Caroline McLaughlin of Callan Tansey Solicitors, the association’s public relations officer, added: “It is fantastic to bring our colleagues nationwide to Sligo and showcase what the North West has to offer.
“Typically colleagues will travel to other locations for CPD events of this nature. We wanted to offer legal education locally to our members and to receive such support from our colleagues both in Sligo and beyond is outstanding.”
