Gibson & Associates Solicitors acquires Dublin law firm

Gibson & Associates Solicitors has announced its first-ever acquisition as it takes over Dublin-based Barron Morris Solicitors.

The latter’s Raheny office will be incorporated into Gibson & Associates, which also has offices in Dublin city centre and Letterkenny.

Managing partner Daireann Gibson said: “By incorporating the skillsets and resources at Barron Morris, we see this as a real springboard to help us increase efficiencies for clients and make it even easier for customers to access our services.”

The expansion will allow the firm to “extend and diversify” its service offering, it said, which already covers personal injury, conveyancing, data protection, wills & probate, insolvency law and immigration.

Mr Gibson added: “Our mission is to make a genuine difference to the public in how they access legal advice and the service they receive. We do this by removing the waffle and the hassle.”
