Gore & Grimes promotes Harry Caulfield to senior associate
Gore & Grimes Solicitors has promoted Harry Caulfield to senior associate in the Dublin firm’s commercial litigation team.
Mr Caulfield joined the firm as an associate in 2021, having previously worked with an international law firm.
He has considerable expertise in acting for various leading professional indemnity insurers in professional negligence claims brought against a variety of professionals including solicitors, accountants, financial advisors, architects, quantity surveyors and builders.
He also has extensive experience in the areas of construction and property related disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, and High Court commercial litigation, with a particular focus on shareholder disputes.
Mr Caulfield has advised a variety of clients on both contentious and non-contentious property-related issues such as dilapidations claims, exercising break option clauses, and damages for breach of contract, as well as advising clients on how to approach rent and service charge arrears and the recovery of same.
He also advises clients on the intricacies of various alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation, conciliation, arbitration and expert determination.
