Employment law firm GQ|Littler has announced the appointment of Alison Finn as the first senior associate in its Dublin office.
Ms Finn advises on all contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, from the commencement of the employment relationship to termination.
She assists clients with drafting employment policies and contractual documentation, as well as guiding employers through HR processes, including grievances, disciplinary procedures and performance management procedures.
A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Ms Finn trained as a solicitor in Matheson and previously worked as a senior associate in its employment, pensions and benefits team. She holds an advanced diploma in applied employment law from the King’s Inns.
Commenting on her appointment, Niall Pelly, partner and head of the Dublin office, said: “Alison has extensive experience of providing clear, practical advice on all aspects of Irish employment law, and I’m really looking forward to working with her again.”
GQ|Littler, the UK arm of one of the world’s largest employment law firms, expanded into Dublin just over a year ago.
