Mr Reynolds brings over 20 years’ experience and joins GQ|Littler from international law firm DAC Beachcroft, where he was partner and head of employment.

His expertise in employment law spans across various sectors, with significant experience including the financial services and tech sectors.

He has a wealth of experience advising boards and partnering with senior management to resolve sensitive and urgent disputes. He has also developed specialist knowledge of internal processes, as well as advising on the employment aspects of business transactions.

Mr Reynolds’ appointment reunites him with Niall Pelly, partner and head of GQ|Littler’s Dublin office. The pair were previously colleagues at Arthur Cox.
