NI: Greg Berry QC reappointed as governor of Armagh observatory
Greg Berry QC has been reappointed as a governor of Armagh Observatory and Planetarium.
The senior barrister, who called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 1990 and became a Queen’s Counsel in 2006, was first appointed to the role by the Department of Communities in 2011.
Mr Berry is also a trustee of the Pushkin Trust based in Baronscourt, Co Tyrone, chairman of the Keeper’s Council of Armagh Robinson Library, and a governor of the Royal School Armagh.
He previously served as vice-chairman of the executive council of the Bar Council of Northern Ireland from 2008-10.
