A graduate of University College Cork, Ms Crean has over 12 years’ experience with the firm. Prior to that, she worked as a corporate lawyer and in-house counsel for several multinationals, including Pfizer and ION Group.

Ms Crean specialises in large-scale projects and advising on the finance, sale and purchase of wind and solar projects. She also advises on a vast range of commercial issues within all sectors.

The firm has also appointed Eileen Collins to the position of office manager. She will be responsible for business continuity, facilities management, human resources, account support as well as office management.
