Hatstone appoints Donna Wearen to real estate team

Donna Wearen
International law firm Hatstone has announced the appointment of Donna Wearen as of counsel in the firm’s real estate team in Dublin.
Ms Wearen brings over 12 years’ experience in both commercial and residential conveyancing and real estate financing to the firm.
Her experience spans a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions including acquisition, disposal, financing, due diligence, leasing, licensing and enforcement.
She previously worked in the real estate department and finance department of a top-tier Dublin firm.
Hatstone established a base in Dublin last year by taking over the partners and staff of Tully Rinckey Ireland.
The firm specialises in finance, corporate and commercial law and has offices in Jersey, London, the British Virgin Islands, Panama and South Africa.
