Dublin-based Hayes Solicitors has announced the appointment of three partners and four associates to the firm.

New partner Rachel Niall recently joined the firm’s property team from Arthur Cox, where she was a commercial property partner.

Meanwhile, Laura Fannin has been promoted to partner in the firm’s commercial and business team, and Stephen McGuinness has been promoted to partner in the firm’s healthcare team.

Áine Coghill, John Glynn, Joeanne Kenny and Katy Meade have been promoted to associates in the property, banking and financial services, property and healthcare teams respectively.
