Hogan Lovells prepares new Dublin base

Eoin O Connor
Global law firm Hogan Lovells is getting ready to recruit up to 30 people in Ireland.
The firm, which is in the process of selecting a Dublin office, hired Eoin O Connor in October to lead a regulatory practice in Dublin.
Mr O Connor, a financial regulatory planner, was formerly at Walkers.
Hogan Lovells employs 2,400 lawyers internationally and is not looking to open a full service firm in Ireland but rather will focus on regulatory advisory work and will advise on areas such as asset disposal, data privacy and consumer protection compliance.
Mr O Connor said the firm is looking for experienced staff and has in mind a graduate programme and other departments in the future.
