Holmes promotes Gillian Butler to associate
Holmes has promoted Gillian Butler to associate solicitor, specialising in commercial property, construction, banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency, together with regulatory compliance.
Ms Butler commenced her career as a legal secretary in 2011. She joined Keating Connolly Sellors Solicitors as a trainee solicitor in 2013, qualifying in 2015, and spent eight years there before joining Holmes as a senior solicitor in 2021.
At Holmes, Ms Butler acts for corporate and public sector clients on the acquisition, disposal and leasing of commercial property.
She also counsels commercial and private clients on the financing of their acquisitions together with financial restructuring, as well as advising on all landlord and tenant matters.
Ms Butler acts for a range of clients including the owners and developers of shopping centres, public sector bodies, nursing homes, pharmacies, receivers, asset managers and lending institutions.
