Holmes to merge with OCWM Law LLP

Dublin-based commercial law firm OCWM Law LLP is to merge with Holmes O’Malley Sexton LLP from 1 October 2024.

The combined firm will offer commercial law services to clients across corporate finance/M & A, commercial, commercial real estate, banking, litigation, employment, regulatory, insolvency and restructuring as well as commercial dispute resolution.
