Holmes welcomes back Mark Healy as senior associate in insurance litigation
Insurance, corporate, commercial property and public sector law specialist firm Holmes has appointed Mark Healy as a senior associate solicitor in its insurance litigation unit.
Mr Healy returns to the firm, where he completed his traineeship in 2005, from global law firm Kennedys.
He will specialise in personal injury and financial lines litigation for insurers and self-insured corporate entities.
Originally from Co Clare, Mr Healy is a graduate of UCC and UL and has over 18 years’ experience in insurance litigation with particular expertise in complex professional indemnity claims and policy coverage disputes.
