HOMS Solicitors appoints Marguerite Seymour as associate solicitor in litigation
HOMS Solicitors has announced the appointment of Marguerite Seymour as an associate solicitor in the firm’s litigation department.
Ms Seymour joins the Limerick-based firm from William Fry, where she advised a wide variety of clients on contentious litigation matters with a particular focus upon breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes and financial services disputes.
She has previously held roles as co-chairperson and committee member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association (DSBA) younger members’ committee.
Partner Michael Murphy told Irish Legal News: “At HOMS Solicitors, in accordance with our defined values, we always strive to recruit the highest possible quality solicitors to join our growing team at our offices in Dublin, Limerick, London and Cork, alongside our traditional focus upon bringing through our own internal solicitors through our well-established training programme.
“In that respect, we are delighted to welcome Marguerite in her new role as a commercial litigation solicitor who will help to service the firm’s expanding corporate, insurance and institutional client base, operating primarily from our Limerick headquarters.
“As a national full service firm, we pride ourselves on providing defined career paths for ambitious, dynamic solicitors, particularly those wishing to relocate from the top tier firms in Dublin and Marguerite has already proved herself to be a very exciting addition to our ranks.”
