HOMS Solicitors welcomes new head of employment and pensions unit
Holmes O’Malley Sexton Solicitors has welcomed Paul Gough, senior associate solicitor, to the firm to head its employment and pensions unit.
Mr Gough joins the firm from Eugene F. Collins Solicitors.
Mr Gough will advise employers on a variety of employment law and industrial relations issues and also work with the firm’s commercial department on various employment law issues arising in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
He will also be advising on legal issues in the regulatory sphere where he will be an important addition to HOMS Solicitors’ extensive service offering to the firm’s growing public sector client base.
