#InPictures: The Curragh Racecourse unveils plaque in memory of former William Fry chairman
The Curragh Racecourse has unveiled a plaque in memory of Neville O’Byrne, former managing partner and chairman of William Fry.
The plaque recognises Mr O’Byrne for his contribution to horse racing in Ireland and particularly in The Curragh.
It was unveiled by his widow Maud and daughter Rachael in the company of current William Fry chairman, John Larkin.
The unveiling, pictured above, was also attended by representatives of The Curragh and the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board (IHRB).
