Maiden City Football Club opened in 1993, providing football for cross-community activities. The club competes in the Men’s Intermediate League and NIWFA Female Division 4, and its junior sides compete in the Harry Gregg Youth League and the Derry & District Youth League.

JMK — which opened a regional office on the Culmore Road in September 2022 — will now appear on a pitch-side banner at the club’s home ground on Crescent Link, Waterside Road.
