Adrian Burke

Mr Burke is a corporate finance lawyer with a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in A&L Goodbody, where his practice focused on strategic advice to Irish and international corporate and financial institution clients.

He has acted on a wide range of significant corporate and financing transactions across Ireland and internationally.

As chair, Mr Burke will assist Kane Tuohy’s strategic planning and business development.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Burke said: “It’s a privilege to act as chair for Kane Tuohy LLP and to lead the strategy for the future growth and development of the partnership.
