Kate Marquis

Ms Marquis brings a wealth of experience to the firm with over 20 years’ experience in both commercial and residential property.

She specialises in the sale and acquisition of both commercial and residential property with a particular focus on the acquisition of social housing portfolios. She also acts for a number of commercial landlords and advises on complex commercial leasing.

Her appointment follows the firm’s recent announcement of Sarah Reynolds as its next managing partner. The firm also underwent a significant expansion this summer when it joined forces with Hatstone (Ireland) LLP.
