KOD Lyons appoints new solicitor to criminal trials team

Dublin firm KOD Lyons has announced the appointment of Jenny McGeever to its criminal litigation and superior courts trial team.

Ms McGeever has worked for over twenty years as one of Ireland’s leading criminal defence advocates.

In addition to her busy District Court practice, she has defended criminal prosecutions across all levels of the superior courts, including the Circuit Courts, the Central Criminal Court and the Special Criminal Court. She has also successfully challenged numerous decisions in the Court of Appeal and in the Supreme Court on constitutional issues.

KOD Lyons’ practice areas include criminal defence, personal injury, public interest human rights law, child law and asylum law.
